#1 Control your portion

It’s all about moderation! Enjoy your dinners with family, yet try to minimize the options filled with sugar & calories, or aim for a smaller portion of theses options. If you’re worried about portion control, you can use smaller plates or reduce the number of dishes you serve at each meal.

Focus more on consuming healthy and nutri-dense meals. One tips to help you with that, aim for a colourful plate which will grant you consuming more nutrients. The more colurs you eat, the more nutrients your body will be nourished with!

However, if you felt you couldn't achieve that, try yo get things straight in the next meal, for example, if you had a dinner filled with calorie, try to have a lighter breakfast next morning.
