Return Policy

Nourishing Jo offers services and services are not returned once the purchasing process is done through one of our communication channels (Phone call/ Video call/ WhatsApp chat/ Instagram/ Facebook)

However, the service can be given/ passed to another person, or postponed within a time frame of 2 months.

Exchange Policy

Payments 

Payments are done once agreed on the meal plan to follow for the upcoming month.

There is no problem to exchange the meal plan but it must be done after completing a week interval.
